The location was great, very close to the Military Base, Jacksonville mall, and numerous restaurants and stores. The room was spacious and wheelchair accessible, which was perfect for my needs.

The suite here had a cozy couch and provided toiletries 😊. the bathroom setup was just what we needed for our trip.

Had a pleasant stay out of town, glad I've chosen it. All the staff were efficient.

The suite was brand-new. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a satellite school. The hotel was in a pretty comfortable area, just next door to several stores and restaurants. The common areas were nice and the hotel was right in town and close to many restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location right by stores and places to eat and a shopping center such as walmart and other clothing stores and multiple areas for what we wanted it for. Furthermore, in front area of parking lot.

We always enjoy staying at this Comfort Suites in Jacksonville. the staff is very attentive and genuinely cares about the guests. the location is excellent, right in town with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby.

I loved the sink and toilet and tub in a room for privacy. I hate hotels that have the dink outside the bath. Wish I got a better price but if I am ever up that way again you know I'll book with you. Very friendly nice breskfadt thank you.

The tv channels are hard to get to. Need a better cable company.

Was fairly quiet. Liked having laundry facilities.

Not one day was my room cleaned. Never got cleans linens or bed made. Very disappointed. I spoke to front desk but was given an "oh well" response. Not pleased at all.
